Our business is growing rapidly with increasing demand for our services from our clients.  SSM Direct, Inc. is looking to expand into 3 additional U.S. markets in the next year.  To meet this demand, we are hiring entry-level Account Managers for the Philadelphia area, with the opportunity to quickly advance into management.  Along the way, Account Managers will benefit from an intensive Management Training Program in all aspects of business management, sales and marketing, and team leadership.  The goal is to prepare successful candidates, in just 12 to 18 months, to manage the operations of an independent business office, overseeing a team of 10+ employees, and a marketing campaign for a Fortune 500 client.


SSM Direct Inc’s Management Training is broken down into three phases to ensure successful development and growth among team members:

SSM Direct, Inc. Account Managers organize detailed presentations, handle objections, lead business trips, and are responsible for campaign updates and new customer acquisitions. Along with field training, Account Managers are given the opportunity to take on more of training, leadership, and mentoring roles within the organization.
SSM Direct, Inc. Assistant Managers are given one-on-one training with the President to learn how to organize company and campaign meetings, as well as overseeing campaign management. Assistant Managers will also begin being groomed by the top executives that our clients provide to us as liaisons. Assistant Managers also provide training to new Account Managers, oversee the day to day responsibilities for the office, and are fully trained in business administration, social media, human resources and recruiting, and small business accounting. This final step in training is vital to being a successful Managing Partner within the organization as new markets become available. 
Once someone has successfully held every position, and demonstrates that they have developed the necessary skills to represent a client, they will have the opportunity to become a Managing Partner in one of our available markets. Duties include the daily operations of an individual office, recruiting and managing a sales team, which services new and existing clients. Because our Managers have successfully held every position beforehand, they are able to easily lead and coach teams from their own experience.
